I used to just dismiss it because I had that common perception that it's just stupid bragging and violence and sexism
but when I gave it a chance I discovered that it can actually be an amazingly strong medium in the use of words

I've been high. It proved insightful about forty percent of the time. The other times I just got a tape full of gibberish and a headache.
