what have you done with that hand that you haven't with the other? rooting around in something? put it against some surface? also you seriously need to get that washed, sanitized, and wrapped up i'd say ice it to bring down the swelling but if the cold isn't doing that already... how long has it been like that? the circulation to your fingers is being cut off you need to warm up that hand it's gonna hurt like hell but the alternative is frostbite
were you wearing your mittens when you were digging around in the pot? and what program did you find?
wash it with water and soap and dry it completely use the disinfectant spray if you're somewhere with hot water use that if you're somewhere without hot water wrap it lightly in gauze then use your own body heat stick your hand under your armpit or between your thighs it's gonna hurt like hell when it warms up so use painkillers preemptively make sure you let it warm up for at least 30 minutes even if it hurts you need to do that every day from now won until the swelling goes down morning and night during the day, as well, if you can keep your hand tucked under your armpit while you walk
you can use cold water if you have to just wait until it's warmed up a little bit dry it off and tuck it back under your armpit as soon as you're finished
the application you found is it the same one as helmethead and his group? it's a shared app you should be able to see what they've mapped
