hey hey doctor gregory hotstud house that town guide youre maintaining is missing a thing yknow 198 up kinda northish in the residential area im there and its not on the guide at all which it should be because it kind of sucks or at least has parts worth warning people about so two story house two bedrooms one bath bathroom has a cracked pipe leaking water all over the place so the floor is fucked up ditto the floor in the hallway beside it theres some boards pulled up by the kitchen so you can see the dirt beneath them the kitchen is a mess too its got this giant ass sinkhole in the middle and theres a table down there but like hell im going to investigate also im pretty sure it was some single mom and her rebellious teen son living here ive got a whole pack of cigarettes to bargain with now thats how shit works in these scenarios right
